The various meeting rooms in the Main House and the large hall in the adjacent Coach House are ideal for meetings, brainstorming sessions and product presentations, among other things.

We offer various meeting packages, which can be combined with a lunch and / or dinner in one of the meeting rooms, Bistro LOF, or in Restaurant Voltaire*. Our Estate also features 22 hotel rooms and suites, bringing everything together in one location.

Packages

We offer 4-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour meeting packages.

The 8, 12, and 24-hour meeting packages include:

  • Reception with coffee, tea, biscuits, and fresh fruit
  • A meeting set-up with equipment such as a whiteboard
  • Coffee, tea and still and sparkling water throughout the event
  • A sandwich lunch with soup, salad, juices and milk
  • A morning break with a treat from our pâtissier
  • An afternoon break with a home-made snack

For the 4-hour meeting package, you may choose between a morning and afternoon break. When choosing the 12-hour meeting package, you might also enjoy a dinner at Bistro LOF or Restaurant Voltaire*. Opting for the 24-hour meeting package means that you can stay overnight in our hotel.

Sustainability

With its Green Globe certification, Culinary Estate Parc Broekhuizen attaches great importance to sustainability. To operate sustainably, we offer paperless meetings as a standard. Should you still wish for paper, please let us know and we will place notepads and a flipchart in your meeting room.
